Join a professional team and help keep a commercial building running safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair building equipment and mechanical systems
• Maintain pumps, motors, boilers, chillers, air handlers, and cooling towers
• Handle basic electrical, lighting, and plumbing repairs
• Monitor and adjust building automation systems
• Complete work orders and maintenance records
• Support tenant service requests and emergency repairs
• Perform general building repairs such as painting, ceiling tiles, and minor carpentry

Experience with commercial HVAC systems

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance

Experience with pumps, motors, boilers, and air handling units

Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues

Comfortable reading blueprints and technical manuals

Strong customer service and communication skills

Able to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders

You'll work throughout a commercial building, including mechanical rooms and rooftop equipment areas. The role may include occasional on-call support for emergency situations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
