Role Responsibilities:
Diagnostics & Repairs:
Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs with support from the service team.
Repairs & Replacements:
Repair and replace vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and other mechanical components per manufacturer guidelines.
Quality Checks & Road Tests:
Perform inspections and road tests to ensure repairs meet Volkswagen, company, and customer standards.
Routine Maintenance:
Complete preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and inspections.
Training & Development:
Participate in factory and in-house training to maintain and expand technical skills.

Prerequisites:
Automotive technician experience required
Personal tools required (compensation based on experience and certifications)
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety procedures
Flexible availability
Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
