Hero Tech is a unique, 8‑week paid training program designed for people who are new to the HVAC industry
. Whether you have zero experience or a little, we focus your learning on the essentials and get you up to speed fast. You’ll spend 70% of your time learning by doing – gaining real‑world experience while building technical skills in the field & live lab. In addition, we provide top‑tier communication training so you can deliver excellent customer service from day one.

• Must be at least 21 years old to meet company vehicle insurance requirements
• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least five years
• Must have an acceptable driving record and be eligible to operate a company vehicle
• Must successfully complete a background check and pre‑employment drug screening
• Must be able to attend the entire eight‑week training program; attendance and punctuality are mandatory
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs require
• Must be comfortable entering customers’ homes and communicating technical information clearly
• Must be able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions, including extreme Texas heat
• Must be able to climb ladders and regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation to the training location (after successful completion of course company vehicle will be provided)
• No previous HVAC experience is required

Successful completion of the program does not depend solely on technical ability. Trainees must demonstrate dependable attendance, safe work practices, effective communication, professionalism, and the ability to apply coaching throughout the program.
