Field Bridge is looking for an Electromechanical Technician in Irving, TX. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $33-38/hour | Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunity available | Earn ~$2,145/week (~$111.5K/year) at 50hrs with OT

Position Overview:

Field Bridge is staffing an Electromechanical Technician for one of the most established and recognized soft drink brands in the United States. This role supports plant maintenance operations with a focus on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement. The position requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Analyze and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues through adjustments, parts replacement, or fabrication
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and complete equipment size changeovers
• Troubleshoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment, identifying root causes of failures with effective problem-solving tools
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety standards throughout all work activities
• Utilize SAP CMMS to document and complete work orders; support line operators through basic mechanical skills training and TPM functions

• Experience in electromechanical maintenance in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or electrical systems
• Familiarity with SAP CMMS or equivalent maintenance management software
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices preferred
• Ability to work 2nd shift, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Valid applicable license or certification (class required — confirm details at time of application)
