BH Management is seeking a Service Technician III in Irving, TX to support maintenance and preventive work across property assets. You will repair HVAC units and appliances, assist with apartment make-readies, and help maintain safety and inventory per BH standards.
The role requires at least three years of progressive maintenance experience, EPA HVAC certification, and CPO certification. A high school diploma is preferred, and you will work 8am–5pm with potential on-call duties.
