Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Winsted at Valley Ranch in Irving, Texas. You will perform routine and corrective maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general upkeep.
The role requires at least two years of maintenance experience, preferred multifamily exposure, HVAC certification, valid driver's license, and ability to commute within 20-30 minutes.
