Electromechanical Technician

The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Electromechanical Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Irving , TX. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Title: Electromechanical Technician
Location: Irving , TX
Pay Rate: $20–$33/hour
Duration: 1 month

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems through adjustments, component replacement, and fabrication.
• Perform size changeovers and troubleshoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment.
• Identify root causes of mechanical and electrical equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Support autonomous maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, including equipment setup and centerlining.
• Train line operators on basic mechanical maintenance tasks.
• Use SAP CMMS to document maintenance activities and work orders.
• Support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training, industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related certification preferred.
