The Ava and The Aria in Irving, TX are seeking a Service Technician to join our apartment community team. You’ll perform routine maintenance and respond to service requests to keep units and common areas in top condition.
Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, completing work orders with care, and joining an on-call rotation to support 24/7 operations. EPA/HVAC certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.
