Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic and repair work on company and client vehicles
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections on fleet vehicles
• Train, mentor, and oversee junior technicians and shop staff
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Coordinate workflow, parts ordering, and repair scheduling
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex issues
• Maintain accurate repair orders and maintenance records
• Collaborate with operations teams to minimize vehicle downtime
• Recommend process improvements and equipment upgrades
• Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction goals
