Care Team Engineer

As a Care Team Engineer, you will ensure that all hotel amenities meet Marriott's rigorous quality and service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting mechanical systems to ensure they meet local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.
• Respond to guest complaints regarding the physical aspects of the hotel, including plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and front office teams to identify and address ongoing maintenance needs.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems such as electrical, plumbing, heating, and refrigeration across various properties.
• Prepare and update maintenance schedules while ensuring minimal disruption to guests.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties on a scheduled basis.
• Keep detailed records of all inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs.
