Maintenance Technician

First National Bank Texas is seeking a Maintenance Tech to support safe, reliable operation of branches and facilities across the region. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems, coordinates vendors, and responds to service requests to minimize downtime. You'll travel to local branches, troubleshoot issues, and keep detailed records of work performed. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems for bank branches and facilities.
• Respond to work orders and urgent maintenance requests to minimize downtime and safety risks.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and document issues, repairs, and parts usage.
• Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards, OSHA requirements, and bank security protocols.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Support small facility improvements, including basic carpentry, painting, and fixture installation.
• Collaborate with branch leaders and operations staff to schedule work with minimal disruption to customers.
