Recon Technician

We're looking for a Recon Technician who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and ready to help transform our inventory into showroom-ready vehicles.

- Perform used-vehicle reconditioning and cosmetic repairs
- Paint correction and minor paint repairs
- Wheel repair/touch-ups
- Interior and exterior detailing/reconditioning
- Identify and address cosmetic issues to get vehicles retail-ready
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Work closely with the dealership and recon team to keep inventory moving
Prerequisites:
- Automotive reconditioning, detailing, or technician experience required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
