Field Integration Technician

This position is responsible for installing access control systems, video surveillance and other electro-mechanical products at commercial businesses.

• Installation of new material such as Access control systems (e.g., HID, Mercury).
• Install and configure security cameras, NVR/ DVR systems, and video management software.
• Wire and terminate low-voltage cabling (CAT5/6, composite cable, etc.).
• Mount and connect electronic door hardware (maglocks, strikes, electrified locks, request-to-exit devices, etc.).
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and customer training.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment and wiring.
• Read and interpret Floor Plans, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and system configurations.
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards (OSHA, NEC, NFPA, etc.).

• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 80lbs.
• Ability to work in various weather elements.
• Ability to use various hand tools.
• Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
