Chef(fe) De Projet Prévention Violences & Discriminations

In the context of a permanent contract to be filled from August, we are looking for a Chief Project Manager for Prevention of Violences & Discriminations. Reporting to the Head of Service, within the Engagement Directorate, you will have the mission to actively contribute to the implementation of the prevention and fight against violences (including sexual and sexist) and discriminations of the societal engagement plan of the FFF.

In this role, your main missions are the following:

• Ensure the implementation of the honor ability check and the follow-up of the dossiers in connection with the Ministry of Sports, the leagues and the districts;
• Ensure the follow-up of the administrative measures transmitted by the SI Honorability (Ministry of Sports) ;
• Contribute to the deployment of awareness-raising actions carried out by the FFF partner associations throughout the territory;
• Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of strategic actions dedicated to the fight against violences and discriminations (follow-up of the Observatory of behaviors, setting up of the panel of referents "fight against discriminatory behaviors", etc.) ;
• Design regular activity reports;
• Provide support as needed to the service to ensure the continuity of its activity.

We are looking for a talent meeting the following profile:

• Graduated in political science, public policy or law, you have at least five years of experience in the conception and/or implementation of complex projects, and preferably in the management of prevention and fight against violences and/or discriminations policies, acquired within an association or an institution;
• You are recognized for your rigor as well as for your writing and relational skills;
• You master the institutional environment, notably the functioning of the Ministry of Sports, Youth and Associative Life, as well as that of the federal sports movement;
• You have an in-depth knowledge of the organization of sport in France and its specificities;
• You are proficient with the tools of the Microsoft Office suite.
