We are seeking an innovative full‑stack developer with a strong foundation in web development, object‑oriented design, and financial/accounting systems to join our team as Lead Software Developer. This role focuses on building cutting‑edge applications that ensure financial data integrity, support business needs, and deliver a superior user experience.

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack solutions that adhere to industry standards and project plans.
• Build robust RESTful services using C# and .NET Core.
• Design, construct, and optimize complex MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting functions, especially for financial/accounting systems.
• Develop applications that process, report, and reconcile financial and accounting data with accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate professionally as part of an Agile Scrum Team, contributing to team goals and supporting fellow developers.
• Mentor and guide less‑experienced developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Serve as a hands‑on coding expert and subject‑matter authority in software development, delivering solutions that meet business and financial needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks and active participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience developing full‑stack web applications.
• Strong background working with financial/accounting systems or applications.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, LINQ, and Entity Framework (EF).
• Expert‑level MS SQL skills, including query tuning, stored procedures, and database design.
• Familiarity with front‑end frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, or React) and UI libraries such as Bootstrap.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
