Seeking an energetic and talented Salesforce Developer to join our development teams in delivering high-quality software. The developer will work closely with program managers, product owners, and scrum teams to ensure that new features are prioritized and implemented properly.

Location: Irving, TX (onsite 4 days a week - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

• Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform based on business requirements.
• Develop custom code using Apex, triggers, classes, and Lightning components.
• Create user-friendly interfaces using Lightning components and Lightning web components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and migration through effective data management.
• Write unit tests, perform debugging, and maintain code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training.
• Stay updated with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.
• Document solutions, configurations, and integrations for reference.
• Optimize performance and identify areas for process improvement.
• Adhere to security standards and data privacy regulations.

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, including expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, and other relevant technologies.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications and integrations with external systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and security considerations.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
