Job Type: Full Time

Duties:
Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Design and develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes and following the software development life cycle. Design and develop applications that are scalable by using Java, create design specs and fix design problems and other defects. Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and remain flexible to changing requirements. Identify appropriate risks and develop mitigation plans. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Expand and optimize software applications, infrastructure, APIs, and data workflows. Use Agile and Dev Ops methodologies, including test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.

Use engineering best practices to ensure code quality and integrate test cases into the continuous integration systems.

Requirements:
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and four years of experience in the job offered or four years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained.
