Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. is seeking an energetic and talented Salesforce Web Developer to join our development teams in delivering high-quality software. The developer will work closely with program managers, product owners, and scrum teams to ensure that new features are prioritized and implemented properly.

Reports to:

IT

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, including expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC , and other relevant technologies.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications and integrations with external systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and security considerations.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This job operates in a professional office environment and extensively uses computer equipment.

• Design and develop new features written in C# for client-server applications.
• Work collaboratively with scrum teams and product owners to identify new features and squash bugs.
• Coordinate with scrum teams to report progress, enhancements and defects to key stakeholders.

The compensation range for this position is $103 to $115 hourly.
