As a key member of the Infrastructure and AI Development teams, you will support innovative projects that drive operational excellence and cutting-edge AI solutions. • Design, build, and maintain Open Shift clusters, including pipelines, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and performance.
• Develop and automate remediation workflows using Python, leveraging Open Shift APIs and Kubernetes libraries to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create and deploy agentic AI workflows tailored for Open Shift platform support and remediation tasks.
• Build and extend Python-based automation platforms such as FastAPI or Flask to facilitate AI‑driven Open Shift actions.
• Document technical processes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement innovative solutions.

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Open Shift engineering and operations, with deep expertise in cluster management, diagnostics, and internals.
• Over 5 years of strong Python development experience, including working with Open Shift Python client and Kubernetes Python libraries.
• Proven experience developing agentic AI workflows, especially with frameworks like Lang Chain or Google ADK/Agents.
• Hands‑on experience with Helm Charts, CI/CD pipelines, and packaging/deploying automation solutions.
• Excellent technical documentation skills and the ability to design scalable system architectures.
