Lead Java Developer

Our banking client is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Java Full Stack) to join their team. As a Lead Developer, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting various project onshore and offshore teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Lead Software Engineer / Lead Developer - Java Full Stack (Java/React)
Type: 6+ Contract to Hire opportunity
Location: DFW Metro, Texas
Pay Range: 65-70/hr W2

• Lead onshore / offshore Development teams.
• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to deliver innovative solutions.
• Leverage AI and build scalable systems at speed using Java, React, and database technologies, with a background in IAM.

• Leadership experience - overseeing an onshore and/or offshore team as either the most senior member or lead the teams is required
• 5-7+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, React, and database management.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems is a HUGE PLUS.
• Ability to develop scalable systems efficiently and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges.
