Quoting Operation Specialist - Multi-Family

Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Quoting Operation Specialist - Multi-Family to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

We are seeking a Window and Patio Door Quoting Specialist to perform material takeoffs & window quotes for multi-family and single-family construction projects. This is a critical role for a fast-paced team that serves team members throughout the United States.

• You will use window/patio door quoting and estimation tools to develop pricing quotes and material lists related to new construction, remodeling, additions & outbuildings.

• You will read blueprints and have advanced knowledge of the building materials as mentioned above.

• You will review/finish projects started by other members of Paradigm, making sure that the deliverables are complete and accurate.

• You will be responsible for supporting other team members and working to maintain and improve our quality and level of service.

• You will act as a liaison between our quoters/takeoffs and customers, answering questions about quotes/takeoffs, seeking to understand how we can continue to improve service levels, and helping them request/receive services.

• You will be able to review a quote and/or takeoff done by someone else and troubleshoot the deliverables to determine the root cause of any errors that may be present.

• You will play a key role in helping teammates understand best practices with multi-family and single-family quoting and takeoff functions.

• You must have 5+ years of Construction or Estimating experience, particularly specializing in windows/patio doors.

• You should have deep experience with multi-family projects – especially large apartment projects with complex specifications.

• You should have expert knowledge of building codes as they relate to windows and patio doors and be willing to learn regional codes and requirements.

• You should be proficient working with MS office. If you have used Jira, Confluence, or Plan Swift - that is a bonus!

• You have 2+ years of customer service experience.

• You have strong time management & communication skills.

• You have demonstrated critical thinking, including creative development skills, requirements analysis capabilities, and proven problem-solving skills.

• You need to be dependable, organized and enjoy working in a changing/fast paced environment. We are Agile!
