Sr. Salesforce B2B Commerce Technical Lead

Are you a Salesforce Commerce expert ready to lead enterprise B2B eCommerce initiatives? We are seeking a Salesforce B2B Commerce Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce Commerce solutions. In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementations, mentor development teams, and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital commerce experiences.

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce (Cloud Craze/Lightning) solutions.
• Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Commerce initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery and platform best practices.
• Develop and customize Salesforce Commerce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
• Configure and optimize product catalogs, pricing, carts, orders, and checkout processes.
• Own the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement through platform enhancements and adoption of Salesforce best practices.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce Commerce development (Cloud Craze or Lightning B2B Commerce).
• Proven experience leading technical teams and owning solution architecture/design.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, workflows, and custom objects.
• Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce processes, including catalogs, pricing, carts, orders, and checkout.
• Hands‑on experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CRM, and external systems.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Salesforce certifications such as:
• B2B Commerce Developer
• Application Architect
• Technical Architect (CTA track preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Copado.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience mentoring development teams and driving technical best practices.
