• Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Data Structures and code comprehension in Python or Java.
• Technical Assessment: Ability to perform hands‑on coding in real‑time during interviews to solve scenarios with optimal approaches.
• Data Engineering: Proficient in data manipulation, cleansing, preprocessing large datasets, handling missing values, feature engineering, and ensuring data integrity.
• AI/ML & NLP: Strong understanding of NLP, Deep Learning concepts, and transformer architectures.
• LLM Expertise: Exposure to fine‑tuning leading LLMs such as Dolly, Llama2, or similar models.
• GenAI Development: Experience in developing and implementing cutting‑edge generative AI models to solve complex problems.
• Prompt Engineering: Ability to design effective prompts based on specific functional use cases.
• Tooling: Hands‑on experience with NLP/AI/ML technologies including GPT, BERT, or other language models.
• Vector Databases: Experience with word embedding and vector database implementation (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, or Pgvector).
• Statistical Analysis: Strong proficiency in statistical techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis, and clustering.
