Tasks include translating business requirements into robust code, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards, and providing support through testing cycles and post‑production deployment.

To deliver enterprise‑level systems that are high quality, scalable, and resilient, you will skillfully use advanced tools for code testing and debugging. You will also engage in design sessions, peer code reviews, and interactions with senior technologists.

• Working on globally scoped Gen AI projects with cross‑functional teams
• Structured learning paths, mentorship, and development focused on Generative AI expertise
• Real‑world projects shaping banking—intelligent automation, cybersecurity, data‑powered innovation

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, MIS or related field with focus on AI, ML, Data Science, or equivalent experience
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Proactive problem‑solver who embraces innovation and uses Generative AI for complex business solutions
• Global mindset with ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones
• Excellent communication, project management, leadership potential, and attention to detail
• Technical proficiency in Generative AI frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), prompt engineering, and AI architecture; experience with ARC platform valued
• Collaborative, adaptable, with prior agile team experience; strong desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment
