Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining code modules and micro-services, adhering to engineering best practices. The candidate will also be responsible for incident management, proactive monitoring, and communication with stakeholders and engineering teams.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain small to medium code modules and micro-services.
• Adhere to and excel in engineering processes including code reviews, test automation, and documentation.
• Provide incident management for critical and high-priority production issues.
• Ensure proactive monitoring and smooth operations of production systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and business teams on operational performance, issues, service requests, and proactive monitoring.
• Communicate effectively with other engineers and tech leads, clearly articulating problem statements and solutions.
• Demonstrate self-driven, proactive initiative and urgency in task completion.

• Hands‑on development skills and usage of key technologies.
• Strong skill set with 3‑5 years of experience in Spring Boot Java API and Microservice development.
• Strong skill set with 3+ years of experience with React
  
  JS.
• Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services (AKS, Azure Storage).
• Experience with automated unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment.
• 3‑5 years working with microservices architecture using Java Spring and Kafka.
• Experience with incident and problem management supporting microservices environments and monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Grafana).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum Framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate solution design and development skills with past project experience.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision/direction to take a business ask, clarify details, and navigate to solution completion (Design ? Develop ? Deploy).

• UX Design Skills.
• React Native.
• Angular.
• Design thinking.
• Retail or Fuels experience.

• Understanding of BI Visualization tools such as Tableau.
