Responsibilities
  • Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
  • Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
  • Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
  • Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
  • Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
Your Contribution To The Team
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus.
  • The ability to handle end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
  • A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience.
  • A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Certification:
    Pega Certified System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (CLSA) required.
  • Hands‑on Pega PRPC (v8.x/25.x) design and development experience.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Understanding of Pega frameworks, Java/J2EE, and database technologies.
  • Hands‑on experience in Infinity 24.x with Constellation, DX API, KAFKA queue processors.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Good Communication

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
