As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Expert proficiency in Core Java is required. Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, Build Management, and REST API Development is recommended.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.

* Implement best practices in software development to enhance application performance and reliability.

* Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes.

* Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.

This role requires being onsite 3 days per week with the client in one of the following locations:
Dallas TX, Atlanta GA, Scottsdale AZ, or Charlotte NC.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of work experience with Java J2E along with Kafka Knowledge, and Containerization if Senior Developer

* Experience with Java, JUNIT, and BDD

* Bachelor or Associate Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

* Expert proficiency in Core Java is required. Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, Build Management, and REST API Development is recommended.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.

* Implement best practices in software development to enhance application performance and reliability.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
