• Turn tech stack and application design into code on multiple development platforms (e.g. iOS, Android, web/Angular, Java Spring Boot services).
• Use AI tools like Copilot for code generation, refactoring, and debugging.
• Develop and maintain BDD (Behavior Driven Development) automated and manual scripts in a code repository. Execute them and maintain test results in a test management tool, create Jenkins jobs and plug them into the CI‑CD pipeline.
• Accelerate unit tests, API scaffolding, Angular components, and Spring Boot boilerplate using AI tools.
• Actively participate in the entire software development cycle involving development, integration, and end‑to‑end testing in a CI/CD environment (RTC, Jenkins, RLM). Automate and enable shift‑left testing.
• Accountable for development, design, construction, testing, and implementation; write secure, stable, testable and maintainable code.
• Build, maintain documentation for your features and develop subject‑matter expertise in specific areas covering end‑to‑end flows, from digital to downstream to external partners.
• Analyze root causes for application issues and performance concerns. Collaborate within the scrum team, across impacted downstream or upstream entities and external partners to solve the issues. Triage, track, and report defects followed by prioritization, fix, and closure.
• Adhere to SDLC control processes and suggest and implement continuous improvements.
• Validate responsive web design and ADA accessibility using screen readers such as NVDA, Voiceover and Talkback, code scan using Axe, perform CCA, and be comfortable with other ADA tools and processes.
• Review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved ways for visibility ensuring your program stays on track or excels in meeting the organization objectives.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment involving onshore and offshore teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related fields in STEM or comparable work experience.
• 5–8 years of full‑stack web / mobile development and testing experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with functional and API test automation using test automation frameworks based on Selenium, Appium, Postman and Jenkins pipeline.
• Preferable to have experience with cloud‑based development platforms such as Open Shift.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office suite.
