Data Engineer

We are seeking experienced Data Engineers with a background in developing large-scale stream processing jobs.

Technologies and Tools:

Java/Python
Flink

Cassandra/Mem Sql/others

Openshift / K8s

Kafka

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain Flink jobs written in Java/Python, deploy on Open Shift.

Produce unit and system tests for all code.

Participate in design discussions to improve existing frameworks.

Define scalable calculation logic for interactive and batch use cases.

Collaborate with infrastructure and data teams to produce complex data analysis.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience developing stream processing systems.
At least 7 years of programming experience.
Experience with Flink real-time data streaming.
Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, preferably Open Shift.
Experience with Flink Kubernetes Operator.
Familiarity with open-source configuration management and development tools.
Ability to adapt to big-data frameworks and open-source tools as project demands.
Deep troubleshooting and tuning skills for streaming applications.
Knowledge of designing scalable, resilient, always-on data lakes.
Strong development and automation skills.
Proficiency in reading and writing Java/Python code.
Analytical problem-solving aptitude.
