Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) with strong expertise in GenAI technologies and full-stack development. This role involves working closely with Wells Fargo LOB teams to deploy, integrate, and optimize AI-driven solutions to improve SDLC processes and overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions using Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor
- Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows (CI/CD and internal platforms)
- Partner with Wells Fargo LOB teams to accelerate product delivery and lifecycle improvements
- Lead tool onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives
- Drive adoption and establish best practices for GenAI usage
- Monitor and optimize tool performance, efficiency, and usage
- Implement prompt engineering and workflow integration best practices
- Provide hands‑on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support
- Strong full‑stack experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, React/Angular/Type Script, and Python
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, event‑driven architecture, and microservices
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
- Experience with cloud platforms such as OCP (Open Shift) or GCP
- Hands‑on experience with Devin, Claude (Anthropic), and developer AI tools like Cursor or Copilot
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and agent‑based workflows
- Experience with multi‑agent architectures
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrations
- Knowledge of agentic services and autonomous AI workflows including orchestration, tool chaining, and decision‑driven execution
- Advanced Java 17 with Spring Boot microservices development
- Strong hands‑on GenAI experience including MCP development
- Ability to work in fast‑paced enterprise environments with high adoption demands
- Minimum 14+ years of hands‑on experience
- Experience working in enterprise environments with governance and compliance requirements
- Strong collaboration with cross‑functional and LOB teams
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ability to operate in fast‑paced, evolving environments
- Passion for driving productivity improvements through AI enablement
