Generative AI Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Agentic AI (Python Developer) to join an innovative engineering team building enterprise-grade AI and intelligent automation solutions for a leading consumer lending organization.

• Design and build Agentic AI and intelligent workflow automation solutions
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), REST APIs, and RPA platforms
• Develop scalable Python applications in containerized environments
• Implement Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI agent design patterns
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum teams to deliver business-focused AI solutions
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, governance, and deployment standards

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI / LLM development

• Python
• REST APIs
• Docker, Kubernetes, or Open Shift
• Git
• Cloud Platforms (Azure, GCP, or similar)

• UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or other RPA platforms
• Lang Chain, Vector Databases, or LLM frameworks
• AI Agent architecture and workflow automation
• Financial Services or other regulated industry experience
