Overview
Highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer with a strong focus on data analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of data‑driven solutions, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, scalable, and robust applications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights.
Responsibilities- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of data analytics solutions.
- Architect and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy applications using Python for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
- Design and create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Utilize strong database skills to manage, query, and optimize data in various database systems, with a preference for Microsoft SQL Server.
- Develop and maintain reporting and visualization solutions using Qlik View/Qlik Sense.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and other development teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and documentation; perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Data Analytics:
Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation of complex datasets. - Python:
Expert‑level proficiency in Python, including libraries for data manipulation (Pandas, Num Py) and data visualization. - Tableau:
Advanced skills in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports. - Qlik View/Qlik Sense:
Solid experience deploying applications and dashboards; migration experience from Qlik to Tableau preferred. - Strong DB
Skills:
Extensive experience with relational databases, SQL query optimization, database design, and administration. Microsoft SQL Server experience is highly preferred. - Kafka:
Experience working with Kafka on both publisher and reader side using Python. - SSIS Packages:
Proven experience with SQL Server Integration Services for ETL processes; migration experience from legacy data integration solutions preferred. - Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and present technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience:
5–8 Years
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, including medical and dental benefits, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
