Senior Computer Systems Engineer

Job Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems using cloud infrastructure and data processing.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications and backend services using Python and Django.
• Build and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using ReactJS and Material UI.
• Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Cloud Watch).
• Implement application monitoring, logging, and alerting using Cloud Watch.
• Perform API testing and validation using Postman.
• Use Git Hub for version control, code reviews, and CI/CD collaboration.
• Analyze and process data using Pandas and Num Py for reporting.
• Create interactive data visualizations using analytical reports and Apache ECharts and Matplotlib.
• Troubleshoot system issues and optimize application performance across platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable ETL pipelines and workflows to move data from various source systems (databases, APIs, flat files) into data warehouses.
• Use of Python, PostgreSQL, Django, ReactJS, Material UI, REST API, AWS (S3, EC2, Cloud Watch), Postman, Visual Studio, Pandas, Git Hub, Matplotlib, Numpy, Apache Echarts & Jupyter Notebook.
