Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, while independently driving solution and architecture recommendations. Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, controllers, triggers, batch processes, and related declarative tools, and integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs, web services, and integration technologies, including third‑party tools such as Cast Iron and Boomi.
Manage the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for Salesforce projects, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support, and perform deployments and packaging using the Metadata API, Change Sets, Ant scripts, and related tools to migrate configurations and customizations between sandbox and production environments. Migrate all customizations, including custom configurations, code, objects, and packages, from sandbox to production while ensuring data integrity, system stability, and minimal downtime.
Apply and enforce Salesforce best practices related to coding standards, integration patterns, deployment processes, security implementations, and overall governance.
Write and maintain Apex classes, Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, and JavaScript/jQuery code to implement complex business requirements. Customize and optimize reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes to meet business and analytical needs. Translate functional requirements and business rules into scalable, secure technology solutions and technical designs, formulate technical strategies aligned with business and customer requirements, and create and effectively demonstrate Salesforce solutions that address stakeholder needs.

Travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. may be required to work at end‑client locations, at least once or twice a year based on client’s needs. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.
