Responsibilities- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs (60-70% UI, remainder API/backend work)
- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts and technology team members to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
- 5+ years of Java experience
- 5+ years of React, Type Script, JavaScript, and modern frontend architecture
- 5+ years of Redux Toolkit, React Hook Form, and enterprise React ecosystems
- 5+ years of Design System and Component Library ownership experience (Fluent UI, Material UI, Storybook)
- 5+ years of Micro Frontend Architecture using Module Federation and Monorepos
- 5+ years of API-driven development experience working with remote data via SOAP, REST and JSON
- 5+ years of experience with Agile, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD), Dev Ops concepts
- 2+ years of experience with AI, Gen AI, Agentic automation solutions design, and development (Claude, Co-Pilot, Devin AI)
- 2+ years of employing web application security principles including authentication, authorization, secure session management, encryption, and protections against common vulnerabilities
- 4+ years of experience with Azure, Open Shift or other PaaS and cloud technologies
- 4+ years of experience with Jira software, Confluence software, Draw.io
- 4+ years of electronic signature experience
- 5+ years’ experience in working in Agile development environment using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
- 5+ years’ experience in working web application development using Spring framework and Spring boot
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and experience integrating with AI tools, APIs
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- This position requires a hybrid work schedule (min 3 days in office)
