We are currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer (React | Spring Boot | AI) - Hybrid/Onsite to join our team in Irving, Texas (US‑TX), United States (US).

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and support modern enterprise web applications. This role is ideal for an engineer with deep expertise in React, Java, Spring Boot, and API development who enjoys building scalable, secure, cloud‑based applications while collaborating with cross‑functional Agile teams.

Approximately 60–70% of the role is focused on front‑end development using React and modern UI frameworks, with the remaining effort dedicated to backend API development, integrations, and application services.

You will partner with architects, product owners, UX designers, and engineering teams to deliver high‑quality software while helping drive adoption of AI‑powered development practices and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain enterprise web applications.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
  .
• Design and consume REST, SOAP, and JSON APIs for enterprise integrations.
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to enterprise design systems and component libraries
  .
• Develop applications using Micro Frontend Architecture
  , Module Federation, and monorepo strategies.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leaders to solve complex technical challenges.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure applications meet enterprise security standards, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure session management.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, automated testing, and production deployments.
• Evaluate and implement AI‑assisted development tools and modern automation solutions to improve engineering productivity.
• Produce high‑quality technical documentation and mentor junior developers as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• 5+ years working with Redux Toolkit, React Hook Form, and enterprise React ecosystems
  .
• 5+ years designing and maintaining Design Systems and Component Libraries (Fluent UI, Material UI, Storybook, or similar).
• 5+ years of experience implementing Micro Frontend Architecture
  , Module Federation, and monorepos.
• 5+ years developing and integrating REST, SOAP, and JSON APIs
  .
• 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops, and automated deployment practices.
• 2+ years designing or developing AI‑powered solutions using tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude, Devin AI, or similar GenAI technologies
  .
• 2+ years applying secure application development practices, including authentication, authorization, encryption, secure session management, and protection against common web vulnerabilities.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure, Open Shift, Kubernetes, or other cloud platforms

• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Draw.io

• Experience integrating electronic signature platforms (Docu Sign, Adobe Sign, etc.).
• Experience developing applications using Spring Framework and Spring Boot

• Experience integrating AI services, LLMs, or AI APIs into enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.
