Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Lead with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, NodeJS, AWS Cloud, and modern front-end technologies. The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture design, development, code quality, and mentoring teams while delivering high-quality solutions in a distributed cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications.

Architect and implement enterprise-grade microservices and distributed systems.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot and NodeJS.

Design cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, and Cloud Watch.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Mentor development teams and enforce coding, security, and performance best practices.

Drive code reviews, solution design reviews, and technical governance.

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability and performance.

Participate in Dev Ops, CI/CD, release management, and cloud deployment activities.
