This is a hybrid role based in Irving Tx

The Capgemini team offers extensive career opportunities and provides mentoring and coaching for teammates. This role is an experienced professional with a strong background in software development.

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications built using Delphi.

Develop and optimize database solutions using Firebird Database.

Analyze existing application architecture and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.

Develop and maintain stored procedures, triggers, views, and database schemas.

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements

10-12+ years of professional software development experience.

Minimum 8+ years of hands-on Delphi (Object Pascal) development experience.

Strong experience with Delphi VCL and/or FMX frameworks.

Extensive experience working with Firebird Database.

Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and query optimization.

Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $53,580 - $122,400.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
