We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing BPM/CRM solutions using Pega PRPC. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a solid understanding of end-to-end Pega application development life cycle.

• Design, develop, and implement Pega PRPC-based solutions for complex business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and APIs to accelerate development.
• Implement integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, Connectors, and Services.
• Configure flows, activities, data pages, data transforms, decision rules, and UI components.
• Optimize performance and scalability of Pega applications.
• Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and guardrail compliance.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and release planning.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

• Strong experience with Pega PRPC 8.x or higher.
• Expertise in Case Management, Flow Rules, Data Pages, Activities, and Declarative Rules.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Integration Services (REST, SOAP, JMS, MQ, Connectors).
• Knowledge of Pega Decisioning, Customer Service, or Marketing modules (added advantage).
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD) and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
