Lead Power Platform Developer

8-12+ Years in software development with 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform experience

As a Lead Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading scalable business solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform ecosystem. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver innovative digital transformation solutions while ensuring platform governance, security, and best practices.

• Design and develop enterprise solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Lead end-to-end Power Platform implementation projects.
• Architect scalable and secure solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop custom connectors, plugins, and integrations using .NET, C#, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.
• Implement governance, security, ALM, and deployment strategies.
• Build reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Drive adoption of Power Platform best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and technical teams.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and solution architects.
• Evaluate new Microsoft technologies including Copilot Studio and AI-powered capabilities.
