Senior Java Software Engineer

Join a team that goes deep on the hardest engineering problems in banking software, security, release reliability, and legacy modernization. This isn't an advisory role, you're hands-on 70% of the time, writing real code and fixing real production systems alongside client teams.

  Jump into engagements where teams are stuck: broken tests, security vulnerabilities, legacy tech, shaky release
• sWrite, debug, and review production code yourself, not just point at problem
• sModernize legacy Java/Spring apps and middleware, including Web Sphere and Web Logic system
• sUpgrade runtimes, frameworks, and dependencies across Java, JVM, and NP
• MBuild real automated test suites using TDD, and bring in AI coding tools to move faste
• rContainerize applications with Docker and deploy to Open Shif
• tDesign and improve CI/CD pipelines so releases become safe and repeatabl
• eSet up real observability, logging, metrics, tracing, so teams can actually see what's happening in productio
• nLead technical workshops and walk stakeholders through trade-offs and decision
• sOwn engagements start to finish, from first assessment through production handove
