Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Advisor Programmer Analyst with expertise in enterprise application architecture, cloud-native development, modernization initiatives, and software engineering best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET, Cloud, Microservices, Application Architecture, Accessibility, and AI-assisted engineering, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Your role in our mission

As an Advisor - Programmer Analyst, you will:

  • Design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using .NET Core and C#
  • Architect scalable and secure REST APIs and cloud-native solutions.
  • Apply Microservices Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns to build scalable solutions.
  • Implement secure coding, performance optimization, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with 508 and accessibility standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and drive engineering excellence.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
  • Promote AI SDLC practices to improve productivity and delivery quality.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide technical leadership across projects.
What we're looking for Experience
  • Minimum of 15+ years of IT experience.
  • Strong healthcare domain knowledge
  • Strong experience in application development, architecture, and modernization programs.
  • Proven leadership in enterprise-scale technical initiatives.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

What you should expect in this role

The position will remain open until 9/7/2026.

The pay range for this position is $90,900.00-$ per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
