SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Advisor Programmer Analyst with expertise in enterprise application architecture, cloud-native development, modernization initiatives, and software engineering best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET, Cloud, Microservices, Application Architecture, Accessibility, and AI-assisted engineering, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Your role in our missionAs an Advisor - Programmer Analyst, you will:
- Design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using .NET Core and C#
- Architect scalable and secure REST APIs and cloud-native solutions.
- Apply Microservices Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns to build scalable solutions.
- Implement secure coding, performance optimization, and CI/CD best practices.
- Ensure compliance with 508 and accessibility standards.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and drive engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
- Promote AI SDLC practices to improve productivity and delivery quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Minimum of 15+ years of IT experience.
- Strong healthcare domain knowledge
- Strong experience in application development, architecture, and modernization programs.
- Proven leadership in enterprise-scale technical initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Secure Coding & Security Remediation
- Unit Testing, Integration Testing
- CI/CD and Dev Ops Practices
- AI-Assisted Software Development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to mentor teams and influence technical decisions
- Strong ownership, accountability, and delivery focus
- Onsite opportunity in El Paso, TX.
The position will remain open until 9/7/2026.
The pay range for this position is $90,900.00-$ per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
