CDL Driver & Skilled Laborer - Travel & Field

We have a current opening for a Skilled Laborer. At Equix, we support our customers and stakeholders and constantly strive to exceed expectations with all of our services, which include:
Pipeline Construction, Gas Distribution, Horizontal Directional Drilling, Facility Construction and Fabrication, and Trenching services.

• Prepare construction sites as directed from the Foreman/Superintendent on the job
• Follow and adhere to all safety standards when using equipment, driving company vehicles, and working on the site
• Assisting crews with labor support
• Other duties as assigned

• Valid Driver License with clean record
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screening
• Traveling out of town to work on remote job sites when needed or directed by manager
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job

We have an immediate opening for a CDL Driver.

• Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order
• Maintain logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damages to the vehicles
• Turn in proper documentation to its designated office daily
• Maintain a clean environment in the inside and outside of the truck
• Conduct Pre-Trip inspection of truck and trailer
• When not performing CDL work, candidate would be required to assist with various labor functions
• Hydrovac, back truck & water truck experience
• Other duties as assigned

• Valid Driver License with good driving record
• Class A CDL required with good driving record & tanker endorsement
• This position will require frequent travel and candidate must be able to travel to other states
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience commercial truck and trailer combinations
