PAM Transport is hiring a Service Writer to support our fleet maintenance and customer service operations. The role involves communicating with customers and technicians, managing work orders, and ensuring timely, quality service.

Sundays to Wednesdays, 6:00am to 4:30pm. Pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

• Greet customers promptly and gather vehicle information for technicians.
• Coordinate activities to ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails courteously and resolve inquiries.
• Inform drivers and operations staff of required services and estimated completion times.
• Prioritize work tasks and respond to drivers’ needs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Manage work orders, parts billing, and retrieval for technicians.
• Maintain warranty retention and organization.

• At least one year of experience as an automotive or fleet Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of AS400 (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
