Aviation Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift; Onsite

Position Overview

Hybrid employee, Dallas, TX. Position requires U.S. Person eligibility. No security clearance required.

• Perform aircraft engine maintenance and repair, including quick‑turn services at the Dallas shop.
• Engage in engine troubleshooting, repairs, module removal/replacement, and line maintenance such as LRU removal/replacement.
• Maintain all Pratt & Whitney commercial aircraft engines under FAA 145 repair station standards.
• Follow Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Engine Shop Manual, and other approved technical data.
• Use RTX CORE operating system and continuous‑improvement processes to achieve rapid turnaround.
• Assist with shop housekeeping duties.
• Build internal and external relationships and communicate with customers.
• Travel domestically and internationally on short notice as required.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) with at least 1 year relevant experience.
• Valid Federal Aviation Administration Airframe & Powerplant license.
• Minimum 6 months experience repairing commercial aircraft engines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Self‑starter with professional judgment and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
