Job Description
At Culligan Water of DFW, you’ll help bring clean, reliable water service to homes and businesses across Irving and the surrounding area. As a Relief Driver, you’ll play an important role in keeping routes covered and customers cared for when regular drivers are out. This is a hands‑on position where your work matters every day. You’ll be the person customers count on for timely deliveries, careful handling, and a friendly face at the door.

- Cover delivery routes and step in when regular drivers are unavailable.
- Deliver Culligan products and equipment to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Load, unload, and handle products with care to protect equipment and customer property.
- Provide courteous, helpful service at every stop and represent Culligan in a positive way.
- Check delivery orders for accuracy and make sure customers receive the right items.
- Complete route paperwork, delivery logs, and basic service documentation.
- Inspect company vehicles before and after use and report any concerns promptly.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and the team to keep routes running smoothly.
- Follow company safety standards and all driving regulations.
- Support day‑to‑day route operations wherever needed to help the team serve customers well.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles and follow all traffic and safety rules.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move water‑related products and equipment as needed.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to cover routes when regular drivers are out.
- Basic navigation and route‑planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time well in the field.
- Previous delivery, driving, or route service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with water treatment products or equipment preferred.
