Available: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

At Tiff’s Treats we bring happiness to customers by delivering warm, delicious treats. We’re currently seeking enthusiastic part‑time Delivery Drivers and Kitchen Team Members to join our team. Whether you’re looking for a side gig with flexible scheduling or a way to make extra dough, this could be a great opportunity.

• Delivery Drivers earn an average of $15 – $20 per hour (includes $10/hr base pay, tips, and delivery fee incentives)
• Kitchen Team Members earn $15/hr

• As a Kitchen Team Member:
  • Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to recipes and standards.
  • Package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• As a Delivery Driver:
  • Deliver treats to customers quickly and efficiently, using a Tiff’s Treats company vehicle or personal vehicle as needed.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk‑in customers and during deliveries.
  • Assist with other store duties, including packaging and cleaning, as needed.
• Maintain a positive, can‑do attitude with the team and lead by example in all roles.

• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver.
• Must own a personal vehicle available for delivering orders when company vehicles are occupied; drivers will be compensated accordingly for using their own vehicle (motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles are not allowed).
• Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following all traffic laws and keep vehicles clean and organized.
• Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach an item up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and/or walking, often in extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.
• Must follow written and verbal instructions in a loud and busy kitchen environment.
• Must be available during the busiest days of the year, such as Bosses’ Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day (All Hands on Deck days).

• Be the person who makes people happy by delivering warm, fresh cookies.
• Greet and assist walk‑in customers with a smile.
• Assist with various kitchen and cleaning duties.
• Driver must have clean driving record, own vehicle, current and valid auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
• Starting pay is $10/hr plus tips and fees (average $15–20/hr).

• Make people happy by baking delicious cookies and brownies to order.
• Prepare and package orders.
• Greet and assist walk‑in customers with a smile.
• Cash register and cleaning duties.
• Starting pay is $15.00/hr.
