Service Advisor​/Shuttle Driver | Weekends Off | Valley Ranch; Irving

As a Customer Service Representative/Shuttle Driver with Christian Brothers Automotive, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to and from our shop for our customers. You will drive our branded vehicle and are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, checking customers in and out, and ensuring the shuttle is clean and comfortable.

You are the person that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, and because of these reasons, you play a significant role in building relationships with our customers.

• Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve others
• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and customers
• Valid state driver's license
• Meet required insurance driving record parameters
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a Team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)!
• Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
