Pay:$0.60 – $0.62 per mile - additional pay per stop and pay for backhauls

Position Overview
Om Produce is seeking qualified, safety-focused Class A CDL drivers for regional dedicated routes with consistent freight, predictable schedules, and weekly home time. This position operates under DOT/FMCSA regulations and requires drivers who meet all federal and company safety standards.
Routes & Schedule
- Regional dedicated routes
- Operating states may include:
TX, CO, OK, AR, IA, KS, LA, MS, MO, MN, GA, NC, TN - Maximum 4 nights out per week
- Weekly reset at home terminal
Compensation
- $0.60 – $0.65 per mile
- Pay per stop
- Pay for backhauls
- Consistent miles and freight
- Paid per company pay schedule
Essential Job Functions
- Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and company policies
- Transport and deliver freight on assigned regional routes
- Perform touch freight using an electric pallet jack
- Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate Hours of Service (HOS) logs using an ELD
- Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards
- Comply with all drug & alcohol testing requirements (49 CFR Part 382)
Minimum Qualifications (DOT-Required)
- Valid Class A CDL issued by state of residence
- Minimum 1 year verifiable Class A driving experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)per company and DOT standards
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 4 years
- No DUI/DWI within the last 7 years
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 5 years (none within the last year)
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and maintain a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and participate in random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and return-to-duty testing as required by DOT
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as required by 49 CFR §391.11
- Ability to safely perform all physical requirements of the job
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull freight as required for touch freight deliveries
- Ability to operate an electric pallet jack
- Ability to sit for extended periods and safely operate a commercial vehicle
- Ability to climb in and out of tractor and trailer
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
