About the role

Safetrust is seeking multiple Logistics Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role will assist with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and occasional product reprogramming.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments (packing, labeling, documentation)
• Receive inbound shipments and verify items against purchase orders or packing slips
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
• Organize and stage products for shipment, internal use, or customer delivery
• Update inventory records in tracking systems/spreadsheets
• Support occasional product reprogramming/configuration following documented procedures
• Assist with returns (RMA processing), restocking, and inspection of returned items
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage and shipping area
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Skills & Experience

• 1+ year of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics support preferred
• Comfortable working with inventory tools, spreadsheets, and shipping platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Ability to lift and move packages (as required for shipping/receiving tasks)
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
